LeadFlowr – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadFlowr ("LeadFlowr," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the LeadFlowr platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using LeadFlowr on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use LeadFlowr.


2. Description of Service

LeadFlowr provides messaging-based automation tools that help businesses communicate with leads, manage inquiries, and streamline booking-related conversations. LeadFlowr is not a CRM, booking system, or payment processor. All features operate through messaging workflows.

LeadFlowr may modify or improve the Service at any time.


3. Eligibility

You must:

  • be at least 18 years old,
  • be legally able to enter into contracts,
  • use LeadFlowr for business purposes only.

LeadFlowr is not intended for personal consumer use.


4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • ensuring only authorized users access your account,
  • all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@leadflowr.app if you suspect unauthorized access.


5. Messaging Integrations

If you connect third-party messaging platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS providers, etc.), you authorize LeadFlowr to:

  • send and receive messages on your behalf,
  • store and display conversation history,
  • process messages for AI-powered responses and automations.

You must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform (e.g., Meta/Instagram rules, WhatsApp policies, carrier regulations).

We are not responsible for restrictions or actions taken by third-party platforms.


6. User Content & Conversations

"User Content" includes all messages, data, text, or media you or your customers send through LeadFlowr.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using LeadFlowr, you grant us a license to:

  • store the content,
  • process it for automation and AI workflows,
  • display it within your account,
  • use it to operate and improve your LeadFlowr experience.

We do not use User Content to train public AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you have the right to use any User Content,
  • your use of LeadFlowr complies with all applicable laws (privacy, communication, anti-spam, etc.).

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use LeadFlowr to:

  • send spam or unsolicited messages,
  • harass, threaten, or impersonate individuals,
  • collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, financial info) unless required by your business and permitted by law,
  • violate third-party messaging platform policies,
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service,
  • reverse-engineer or copy the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.


8. AI-Generated Content

LeadFlowr may generate automated responses, suggestions, or follow-ups.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate,
  • you are responsible for reviewing and supervising automated messages,
  • you assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

LeadFlowr is not liable for decisions you make based on AI outputs.


9. Payments & Billing (If Applicable)

If LeadFlowr offers paid plans:

  • Fees are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.


10. Deposits, Bookings & Financial Transactions

LeadFlowr may provide messaging workflows that help request deposits or manage booking-related communication. LeadFlowr itself:

  • does not process payments,
  • does not handle funds,
  • is not responsible for failed, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.

Any financial transaction is between you, your customer, and your payment processor (e.g., Stripe).


11. Data Privacy

Your use of LeadFlowr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and store data.

By using LeadFlowr, you agree to the Privacy Policy.


12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted uptime,
  • error-free operation,
  • compatibility with all devices or messaging platforms.

We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services (e.g., Meta, Twilio, carriers, hosting providers).


13. Termination

You may stop using LeadFlowr at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • you misuse messaging platforms,
  • your activity poses legal or security risks,
  • required by law or third-party platforms.

Upon termination, your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


14. Disclaimers

LeadFlowr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • increased sales or lead conversions,
  • accuracy of AI-generated content,
  • compliance with industry-specific regulations (beauty, healthcare, financial, etc.).

You use the Service at your own risk.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • LeadFlowr is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days (or $50 if you are on a free plan).

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limits—those rights remain unaffected where applicable.


16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadFlowr harmless from claims arising out of:

  • your use of the Service,
  • your messaging practices,
  • your User Content,
  • your violation of these Terms or third-party policies.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or in-app.

Continued use of LeadFlowr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
