  • booking or deposit information shared voluntarily

LeadFlowr does not require or collect CRM-style fields or customer profiles.

All information is tied to conversations, not structured customer records.

  • Log data on how you use the platform

  • assist with conversational booking flows

AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) may process message content solely to generate outputs.

They do not store or train on your data.

We do not send data to any AI provider that uses customer content for training unless you explicitly authorize it.
